Survival Consciousness is the most basic level of consciousness that humans experience,

Survival Consciousness is the most basic level of consciousness that humans experience, and it is often where people begin their spiritual journeys. At this level, our primary concern is meeting our most basic needs, such as finding shelter, food, and safety. It is an essential part of being human, and we all have it. In this blog post, we will take a closer look at Survival Consciousness, what it means, how it impacts our lives, and how we can move beyond it to achieve personal growth.

What is Survival Consciousness?

Survival Consciousness is the level of consciousness that deals with our most basic needs, such as food, water, shelter, and safety. At this level, we are primarily concerned with staying alive and meeting our basic needs. Our minds are full of worries about our safety and health, and we may be scared or worried about our situation. It may be challenging for us to feel stable or safe, and we tend to think only about the present, making it difficult to plan or reflect on the past.

However, it is essential to note that Survival Consciousness is not limited to those who are homeless or poor. Regardless of their financial situation, anyone can attain this level of consciousness. It is a natural and necessary part of human existence and serves to keep us safe and alive.

How Does Survival Consciousness Impact Our Lives?

Survival Consciousness impacts our lives in several ways. When we are in Survival Consciousness, we tend to be preoccupied with our basic needs, making it difficult to focus on personal growth, self-discovery, or the pursuit of higher goals. We worry about our physical safety and health all the time, which can make us feel anxious, stressed, or scared.

Survival Consciousness can also lead us to act out of fear and insecurity. For example, we may become defensive or aggressive in situations where we feel threatened, or we may make decisions based solely on our immediate needs, without considering the long-term consequences

Moving Beyond Survival Consciousness.

To move beyond Survival Consciousness, we must first understand what our basic needs are and work towards making our lives more stable and safe. This may involve finding stable housing, a steady income, or building strong relationships. By meeting our basic needs, we can start to feel safer and more secure, allowing us to shift our attention towards personal growth and self-discovery.

One way to move beyond survival Consciousness is to focus on personal development. This involves exploring our interests, passions, and values and using them to define our goals and aspirations. By focusing on personal growth, we can start to figure out what our strengths and weaknesses are, set realistic goals, and make a plan for how to reach those goals.

Another way to move beyond Survival Consciousness is to develop a sense of purpose. Having a sense of purpose helps us to feel more fulfilled and motivated, giving us a reason to strive for more than just meeting our basic needs. This may involve volunteering, starting a new hobby, or finding a career that aligns with our values and passions.

Spirituality and Survival Consciousness.

Survival Consciousness is a great place to begin our spiritual journey. Before we can make steps towards personal growth and success, we need to take care of our basic needs and feel safe and stable. By doing this, we can start to live a life with more meaning and purpose.

Spirituality can play a significant role in moving beyond Survival Consciousness. Meditation and prayer are two spiritual practices that can help us quiet our minds and focus on the present. This helps us get over our fears and worries. Spiritual practices can also help us to connect with something greater than ourselves, providing us with a sense of purpose and meaning.

Survival Consciousness is an essential part of our human experience. It is the most basic level of consciousness that focuses on meeting our most basic needs for survival, such as food, shelter, and safety. It is important to recognize that this level of consciousness is not limited to those who are homeless or poor but can be experienced by anyone whose basic needs are not met.

At this level, our minds are often preoccupied with worries about our physical safety and well-being, making it difficult to plan for the future or reflect on the past. However, by addressing our basic needs and creating stability and safety in our lives, we can move past Survival Consciousness and begin our journey towards personal growth and self-actualization.

Tomorrow, we will explore the next level of consciousness: Self-Empowerment Consciousness. This level is about taking control of our lives and embracing our personal power to create a life that aligns with our values and purpose. It’s about moving beyond fear and insecurity and taking ownership of our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

So stay tuned for tomorrow’s blog post as we dive deeper into the concept of Self-Empowerment Consciousness and how it can help us live a more fulfilling life.
