While spiritual healing is known as a relaxing experience and the energy is being used ‘for the good’ of that individual’s needs, its benefits range widely per receiver. Some people can feel a measurable significant change in their discomfort immediately and others may not notice any change. People often describe a feeling of warmth or tingling during the process, but it doesn’t mean it’s not working if you don’t feel the same effects. Additionally, an aching feeling thereafter is often described as your body’s attempt of ridding itself of those specific impurities. This is not a fool-proof method and affects range widely.
